SUBJECT: Approval of Novation Contract #24-722-25 with Bi-Bett Corporation
The Board having considered the recommendations of the Director, Health
Services Department, regarding approval of Novation Contract #24-722-25 with
Bi-Bett Corporation for alcohol recovery home, alumni, drop-in and Central County
Detox Program services, IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that said contract is hereby
APPROVED and the Chairman is AUTHORIZED to execute the contract as follows:
Number: 24-722-25
Department: Health Services - Alcohol/Drug Abuse/Mental Health
Contractor: Bi-Bett Corporation
Term: July 1, 1983 through June 30, 1984 with an automatic six-month
extension from June 30, 1984 .through December 31, 1984
Payment Limit: $891,649 during the period from July 1, 1983 through
June 30, 1984, and $445,824 during said extension
