WHEREAS, Donna Powers' mother-in-law, .Ruth Powers, was a teacher at the Richmond shipyards
daycare centers during World War II and her great aunt, Clarissa Hicks, was a riveter at
Douglas Aircraft in'Tulsa, Oklahoma; and
