(District V) The following document was presented for Board approval for Saint Tropez :Drive and portions of Saint Raphael Drive,Beaulieu Drive,and Rapallo Lane, Subdivision 04-08830 property located in the Bay Point area, Supervisorial District V. A Construction Road Maintenance Agreement with DeNova Homes,principal,whereby said principal agrees to repair and maintain roads damaged by construction to Subdivision 04-08830. Road damaged by construction shall be repaired to a structural condition equal to or better that that which existed prior to construction activity.
