SUBJECT: Approving the Construction Road Maintenance Agreement for Saint Tropez Drive
and portions of Saint Raphael Drive,Beaulieu Drive,and Rapallo Lane, Subdivision
04-08830, for project being dcvelop.ed by DeNova Hornes,Bay Point area. (District
V)
The following document was presented for Board approval for Saint Tropez :Drive and
portions of Saint Raphael Drive,Beaulieu Drive,and Rapallo Lane, Subdivision 04-08830 property
located in the Bay Point area, Supervisorial District V.
A Construction Road Maintenance Agreement with DeNova Homes,principal,whereby said
principal agrees to repair and maintain roads damaged by construction to Subdivision 04-08830.
Road damaged by construction shall be repaired to a structural condition equal to or better that that
which existed prior to construction activity.
Said document was accompanied by security to guarantee the completion of road
improvements, as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows:
