SUBJECT: Accepting completion of private improvements for Minor Subdivision 04-00014,for
project being developed by Grace McGechon, Living Trust, Walnut Creek area.
(District II)
These improvements are approximately located at 2460 Warren Road.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the improvements for Minor
Subdivision 04-00014, being developed by Grace McGechon, Living Trust, have been completed
and that such improvements have been constructed without the need for a Subdivision Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
as of July 241, 2007.
