SUBJECT: Accepting completion of improvements for Minor Subdivision 05-00033,for project
being developed by 20/20 Partners LLC c/o Cynthia Correia, Kensington area.
(District I)
These improvements are approximately located between Arlington Avenue and Franciscan
Way.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Minor
Subdivision 05-00033 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with 20/20
Partners LLC, heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision
Map.

SUBJECT: Accepting completion of improvements for Minor Subdivision 05-00033,forproject
being developed by 20/20 Partners LLC c/o Cynthia Correia, Kensington area.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
as of September 26,2006 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in
case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $6,800.00 cash security for labor and materials
(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 467072, dated July 11, 2006) deposited by 20/20 Partners LLC c/o
Cynthia Correia be RETAINED for the six-month lien guarantee period until March 26, 2007, at
which time the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the cash security less the amount
of any claims on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the warranty period for the public
improvements is hereby established,and$3,100.00 of the$20,400.00 cash deposit(Auditor's Deposit
Permit No. 467072 ,dated July 11, 2006)made by 20/20 Partners LLC c/o Cynthia Correia and the
performance/maintenance surety for $13,900.00 be RETAINED pursuant to the requirements of
Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code until release by this Board.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to:
PAY $1,000.00 to Contra Costa County Public Works Department for
reimbursement of processing fees taken from the $20,400.00 cash deposit
(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 467072 dated July 11, 2006) and REFUND
$9,500.00 plus interest in accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if
appropriate, Ordinance Code Section 94-4.406.
All deposit permits are on file with the Public Works Department.
