In 1991 lie became secretary of the Walden Association and lager its president and was, appointed to the Pleasant hill BAR'1' Steering Committee to plan for the area's future in 1993; and i WHEREAS, Peter Duncan, as Presidlent .of the.Walden Association and as the Chair of its Greenspace . .
