County Medical Services, }
Effective January 1, 1971. }
v BERE S the County Medical Director has recommended that a
readjusted schedule of rates for County Medical Services he approved
effective January 1, 1971; and
WHEREAS the Board has carefully considered the request of
the County Medical Director;
NOW, THEPREFORE, BEE IT By THE BOARD RESOLVED that the follow-
ing rates, recommended by the County Medical Director, are APPROVED
effective January 1, 1971:

BE IT BY THE BOARD FURTHER RESOLVED that its Resolution
No. 70/528 -which was approved August 18, 1970, and which provided for
a different schedule of rates effective July 1, 1970, is HEREBY
RESCINDED effective January 1, 1971.
