No. 088--250-038, S F N Land Investment Co, are erroneously assessed with property described as Parcel Map 8 pg 26 Pcl B 8.60 acres and assessed with Land $1:5,920, due to mapping error by which parcel was erroneously combined for the 1970 roll, This parcel should be deleted from the roll and split as follows- in Code Area 7001, Pcl.
