WHEREAS, the County Assessor having filed with this Board requests
tor correction of erroneous assessments, said requests having beenn consented
to by the 4U* .A4eCounty Counsel,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is
authorized to correct the following assessments:
For the Fiscal Year 19,62,0- 19611
It has been ascertained from the assessment roll and from
gapers in the assessor' s office what was intended and what should
have been assessed; and, therefore, pursuant to the Revenue and
Taxation Code, Section 483:1, the following defects in description
and/'or form and clerical errors of the assessor on the roll, should
be corrected as followws.
In Code Area 7001t Pcl. No. 088--250-038, S F N Land
Investment Co, are erroneously assessed with property described as
Parcel Map 8 pg 26 Pcl B 8.60 acres and assessed with Land $1:5,920,
due to mapping error by which parcel was erroneously combined for the
1970 roll, This parcel should be deleted from the roll and split as
follows-
in Code Area 7001, Pcl. No. 0188-250-043, S F N Land & Invest-
ment Co„ should be entered on the roll as assessee, with property
described as .parcel Map 8 pq 26 Pox Pcl B 3#39€x' acres and entered
with assessed value of Land $6,864„ Correction was requested by assessee,
