M. Labrucherie & A sociat (carnia Name and Address of Contractor) 94550 for "Public Works Sho Additio e:' with Fireman's Fund ;Insurance Com as surety, Name of Bonding Company for work to he performed on the grounds of the County at Martinez, California ;and The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special provisions, and standard specifications , and recommends its acceptance as complete as of December 9, 1970 Therefore, said work is accepted as competed on said date,, and the Clerk shall file with the County Recorder a copy of this Resolution and Notice as a Notice of Completion for said contract. IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an extension. of contract time to December 9, 1970 is GRANTED as the County has had beneficial Occupancy since 'before the contract time ran out. Acceptance was delayed due to several minor items of work. PASSED AND ADOPTED ON December 15, 1970 .
