The Board of Supervisors of Centra: Costa County RESOLVES THAT
Contra Costa County acquired certain property described in
the deed to Contra Costa County recorded November 2 , 1927, in
Book 11 , Official Records , Page 151.
This Board f-indsthat A portion of said property previously
acquired for 'County road purposes is in excess- of County need
and is no Longer necessary for any County purposes .
The State Division of Highways requires said real property
described hereby ;for State Highway purposes and has tendered a
Right of Way Contract to purchase said; property for a considera-
tion of $670.00, which sum this Board, finds fair and reasonable.
This Board hereby APPROVES the sale of said property to the
State of California pursuant to the terms of said Right of Way
Contract and authorizes the Chairman of this Board to execute
said contract and a deed conveying said property to the State and
cause the delivery of same for acceptance and recording upon
payment to the County of said consideration.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on December 15, 1970, by this Board.
