PUBLIC HEARING
The Beard of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
This Board as the board of directors of the Eastern,
Moraga, and Tassajara Fire Protection Districts of Contra
Costa County proposes to enact an ordinance for each of the
aforesaid districts providing therein for the adoption by
reference of the uniform Fire Code, 1966 'Edition, as compiled,
recommended, and published by the California Fire Chiefs'
Association with changes, additions and deletions thereto as
set forth in the proposed ordinance, and further providing
for the adoption by> reference of the secondary codes enumerated
on Exhibit 4°A" _a.ttabhed hereto and by this reference incorpor-
ated herein. The proposed ordinance; provides for the prevention
and suppression of fires and conflagrations and for the pro-
tection and preservation of ''life and, property against the
hazards of fire and conflagration with the aforesaid fire dis-
tricts.

of the Board of Supervisors of Cont�ota County, County
Administration Building,, Martinez, California, a public hearing
will be conducted upon the proposed .enactment' of the said ''ord--
Ini,ce and at the said public hearing any intierested person may
appear and be heard.
Copies of the proposed ordinance, the 19i66 Uniform Fire
Code, and the secondary' codes deacri.ued n Exhibit "A#1 are on
file with the Clerk of this Board, and are open to public in-»,
