HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 09012004 - 70-748 IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA In the Matter of Adoption of � 1966 Uniform Fire Cade for Eastern RESOLUTION NO. 70/748 Moraga ;and 'Tassajara County Fire } �H&SC 13869 CC 50022.3 Protection Districts '' } NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Beard of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: This Board as the board of directors of the Eastern, Moraga, and Tassajara Fire Protection Districts of Contra Costa County proposes to enact an ordinance for each of the aforesaid districts providing therein for the adoption by reference of the uniform Fire Code, 1966 'Edition, as compiled, recommended, and published by the California Fire Chiefs' Association with changes, additions and deletions thereto as set forth in the proposed ordinance, and further providing for the adoption by> reference of the secondary codes enumerated on Exhibit 4°A" _a.ttabhed hereto and by this reference incorpor- ated herein. The proposed ordinance; provides for the prevention and suppression of fires and conflagrations and for the pro- tection and preservation of ''life and, property against the hazards of fire and conflagration with the aforesaid fire dis- tricts.
