This partnership was dissolved March 32, 1967, and a copy of the Dissolution is attached. Therefore, this assessment should be correctedto read Richard A. ESPINDOL.A.have been 'partners doing business as the R & R MARKETS since April 15, 1964, and WHEREAS, the parties wish to dissolve -said partnership, and WHEREAS, RONALD J.
