T,r,:e Board of Supervi.:,crs of Conga 1.osta County RESOLVES THAT:
hoard hereby determines that pursuant to the County
Service Area Law (Chapter 2. 2 of Part 2 of Division 2 of Title
of the Government Code) it proposes to establish a done
(Danville Business Area) within County Service Area, 'L-iia .
The boundaries of said zone are to be as _'described in exhibit
"A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
'lhe reason for the establishment of a, zone is to allocate
the costs of installing underground utilities to the Danville
business area in accordance with the benefit that the Land--
owners of that area shall derive from the installation.
At 10 : 00 a.m. on Tuesday , November 24 , 19,70, in the
Chambers of the :hoard of Supervisors , Administration Luilding
Martinez, California, this hoard will conduct a public hearing
on the proposed establishment of said: zone.
The Clergy of the koard is hereby directed to publish the
text of this resolution once a week for two successive weeks
in the "Valley Pioneer" , a newspaper* of general circulation
published in this County and circulated in the territory wherein
the proposed zone is situated . The Clerk of this Board is also
directed to past the text of this resolution on the bulletin
beard of this Board at least fifteen days prior to the hearing
date, and such posting will continue to the time of the earirs�;.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on October :1.3, 1970 by this Board.
