The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
The County of Contra Costa on September1411, 127-1 contracted with
Independent Construction Company
740 Julie Ann Way, Oakland, California 94.621
Name and Address of Contractor
for road relocation and: slide r2pair on Wildcat Canyon
Road near
Inspiration Point, Orinda area,
with United Pacific Insurance CoMi ny as surety,
Name of Bonding Company
for work to be performed on the grounds of the County at
Orinda, California ,and
The Public Works :Director reports that said work has been inspected
and complies with the approved plans, special provisions, and
standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete
as of Ootober 22, 191. j
Therefore, said work is accepted as completed on said date, and the
Clerk shall file with the County Recorder a copy of this Resolution
and Notice as a Notice of Completion for said contract.
Liquidated damages for overran of four calendar days (for the total"
amount of $200) are assessed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED ON November 21 1971 .
