Code 25210. 17a3 } 2210. 18) RESOLUTION APPROVING FORMATION OF COUNTY SERVICE AREA : NO.: R-7 ALAMO-DANVILLE AREA `.i°ase Board, of Supervisors of Contra Costa Counter RESOLVES THAT: Cin Tuesday , August 31, 1971 , -Pursuant to Resolution< No 71/461 , this Board held a hearing on the proposed formation of County Service Area No R-7 , as deseribed i'n Exhibit'' ,rAll attached 'hereto and by reference incorporated herein. Notice of said hearin was duly given in the manner required by law. Pursuant to Resolution Ivo. 71/569 this Board continued the hearing o the proposed formation to September 2R , 1971, at 10: 40 a.m. at which time this Board resumed the hearing on the formation of jaunty Service Area No. R-'7. �his ' oard at said hearings heard the testimony of all interested persons or tax- payers for oragainst the establis'hment of 'County Service Area No. R-7. Written protests. against ,the establishment, of the area, or against the extent to the area, or against the Furnishing of specified types ..of extended services within;._the area, or ,against any other matters considered or resolved by this Board at th3.s hearing on the establishment of. the . area, were not filed by Fifty percent {5GW or"more of the registered voters residing within the territory proposed to ire included in the area;, or by the owners of one-half or more of the value of the land and im- provements -in the territory, proposed to be, included in the area, ai shown by the last equalized assessment roll. 'he services described in .Resolution No. 71/44613 adopted on duly 20, 1971,' are extended county. <services .
