WHEREAS,s the County Assessor having filed with. this Board
requests for correction of erroneous assessments, said requests
having been 'consented to by the County Counsel',
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RMOLVED that the County Auditor is
authorized to correct the following assessments:
For the Fiscal Year 1970-71 and 1971-72
It has been ascertained from the assessment roll and from
papers in the Assessors office what was intehded and what >should

Wu-Hao and ?Gaylene F. Tu, is erroneously enrolled, with Ladd Value
of $22320 and no Improvement Value due to clerical, error in not
entering the proper' assessed value when the property record was
submitted for posti ,g to the assessment roll.,. This assessment
should be amand:ed as follows: Escaped Assessment' Improvement
Value $9,860, corrected' Land Value *:3,335: total ls.ssessed value
