L_45 The Board of Supervisors» of Contra Costa, County RESOLVES WHAT This Board her't.by determines that pursuant to Division 1 (commencing with Section 5600 0) of the Government Code, it proposes to `initiate proceedings for the annexation of Subdivision 3933 to County Service Area No. L-45 The exterior boundaries of the territory proposed to he; annexed are as described in Exhibit "A". attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein. The territory is 'uninhabited. The reason for this ' application is to provide this territory with street lighting services.
