HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 02141984 - T.3 T- 3 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on February 14, 1984 , by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Hearing on Recommendation of the San Ramon Valley Area Planning Commission with respect to rezoning application 2559-RZ filed by Noah Company (applicant/owner) to - rezone land in the Alamo area. This being the time fixed for hearing on the recommen- dation of the San Ramon Valley Area Planning Commission with respect to rezoning application 2559-RZ filed by Noah Company (applicant/owner) to rezone approximately 160 acres from Agriculture Preserve (A-4) to Planned Unit District (P-1) , with a Preliminary Development Plan for 48 residential lots and open space area located north of Stone Valley Road and east of Royal Oaks Drive in the Alamo area; and Harvey Bragdon, Assistant Director of Planning having advised that a request had been received from Brian D. Thiessen, attorney representing Roundhill Homeowners Association, to continue the hearing on rezoning application 2559-RZ to a later date; and The County Administrator having advised that Jim Stedman, representing Noah Company, (applicant) , had telephoned his office early this day advising that he had no objection to continuing the aforesaid hearing to a later date; and The Board members having considered the matter , IT IS ORDERED that the hearing on rezoning application 2559-RZ is CONTINUED to March 13, 1984, at 2: 30 p.m. I hereby certify that thJs is a true and correctcopy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
