Alameda and Contra Costa high schools will be participating in the sixth annual Alameda County versus Contra Costa County All-Star Football Classic on September 2, 1971 at 8:15 p.m.. at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum; and WHEREAS the Classic is certified by the National Collegiate Athletic Association; and WHEREAS the United Cerebral. Palsy of Alameda-Contra Costa Counties and the Kiw'anis Youth Foundation are beneficiaries of the contest; and WHEREAS this pre-college All-Star Football Classic enable; the community to see an excellent athletic contest between our "College Stars of Tomorrow"; NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLVED that it PROCLAIMS and DESIGNATES Thursday, September 2, 1971 to be "All.-Star Football Classic Dag" , and urges all county residents to attend the sixth. annual Alameda County verses Contra Costs County All-Star Football. Classic. PASSED and ADOPTED can August 10, 1971 by the following. vote of the Board: AYES: Supervisors A. M. Dias, J. E. Moriarty, W. N. Boggess, E. A. Linsch.eid, J. P. Kenny. NOES: None.
