The Centra Costa County Board of Supervisors RESOLVES THAT:
On JuneZ2 ..1271 this Board adapted Resolution No. 71/�Q,2 ,
initiating proceedings for the annexation of Subdivision 3841. (San
Ramon Area) to County Service Area M-4.
This annexation had been proposed by the repreaentativp. of the owner

by Resolution of Application filed with the Executive Officer of the
Local Agency Formation Commission on . The reason

On JUDe 2s.,;;1977, the Local Agency Formation Commission approved
the resolution of application without condition. The Commission also
declared the territory proposed to be annexed as uninhabited, and
assigned the proposal designation as "Subdivision 3841 Annexation
to County Service Area M-4" .
The exterior boundaries of this territory are as described in Exhibit
"'A" attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein, and are
entirely within this County.
This Board fixed )kXK40 X on Tuesday, AUgu4j 1 , 1211 as the time
for a
puubli.c hearing on the annexation of the above said territory.
Notice of said hearing was duly given by (1) publication In the
" 'l , (2') posting on the Board's Bulletin
Board, and mailing notice to all persons and counties, cities, or
districts which had filed a written request for special notice with
the Clerk of the Board. This Hoard., at the time and place set for
said hearing, heard the determination of the Local Agency Formation
Commission read aloud, called for evidence or protests as provided for
by Government Code Section 56314 , and heard and duly considered such
evidence and protests .
This Board hereby finds that this proposed annexation is in the best
interest of the people of said Count. S ry
This Board hereby finds that the territory to be annexed is uninhab-
ited, and that no landowner therein filed a written protest. This
Board hereby orders this annexation without election and without being
subject to confirmation by the voters .
The Clerk shall file his certificate of completion with the Secretary
of State in accordance with Government Code Section 56451.
