8 vote of two-thirds or more of all its members, RESOLVES THAT:
g It rinds and determines and hereby declares that the
la public interest and necessity require
11 The acquisition, construction and completion by the
12 County of Contra Crista, of a public improvement; and in cera-
13 nection therewith and necessary therefor, the acquisition of
14 fee simple title to real property, and ether interest(s) in
15 real property as described n Appendix( e) attached hereto;
16 i Said proposed public improvement is planned and located

17 in the manner which will be most compatible with the greatest

18 public good, and the least private injury*
19 ?; This Beard shall acquire in the name of the County of

Parcel 1 (Emil E. Benassini, et al)
Porton of the Rancho San Miguel, described as follows :
Beginning at the most easterly corner of the parcel of land
described in the deed to Ilio Benassini, recorded August 22, 1956,
recorder's serial No. 53626, Official Records; being at the north
line of Treat Lane and the west Line of the Contra Costa Canal-
thence along the northerly line of Treat Lane South 500 14' 2V
West (the bearing South 50'° 14' 26" West being taken for the purpose
of this description) 2101.36 feet to the east line of that portion
conveyed to the County of Contra Costa by deed recorded. July 9, 1965
in Book 4946, page 882, Official Records; thence along said parcel.
North 39° 37' West 8.05 feet to a point hereinafter referred
to as Point "A '; thence leaving said county parcel, North 39° 37'

paint on the before mentioned Contra Costa Canal line, said point
