Although the District has acquired an easement for the trail across APN 120-311-012, located near Pine Hollow Road and Alberta Way, the opportunity to purchase fee title to the property has arisen due to tax delinquency. The EBRPD formally requests the purchase of said property under the provisions of Section 8 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, and asks that approval of the sale be placed on the Board of Supervisors' agenda. Very truly yours, Maureen Daly Land Department MD/de cc: Hulet Hornbeck Bob Pond Nancy Errico, Contra Costa County Tax Collector's Office W C',QO 164
