Therefore , this Board adopts as its revised policy on frontapre improvement the following: FRONTAGE IMPROVE1TENT POLICY PURPOSE The purpose of this policy is to ;protect the health, safety ant general welfare of the ;public inth'e matter of the wideninp^ and im.provenent of County roads . The following paragraphs outline the limits of County, and fronting property owner responsibility in connection Y,rith increases in width, capacity- and improvement of County'` roads when and as tine development of the; fronting pro er*>y takes place T_-; . DEFINITIONS A. General interest Rads All thoroughfares and arterials as shown on '''the CountyMajor Roads flan" 3 . Other Roads All other County-maintained :reads and similar roads under other local jurisdiction. III. GEN171RA1, CONDITIONS A. On all County roads when the road work is required as part of the development of the fronting property: 1 . The County will determine (or review if Dre ared by others) the plans and grades for all fronta. e i - prove ents , do field layout staking once (subsequent staking at owner' s exvense) and. inspect the work. 2.
