John Furtado ) PARTIAL RELEASE OF LIEN
AND RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SAME
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors RESOLVES THAT:
On May 6, 1960 , John Furtado executed a reimbursement
agreement and notice of lien in favor of Contra Costa County
which was recorded on May 23, 1950 , in Volume 3625 of Official
Records at page 27 .
John Furtado desires that said lien be released as to
the real property located in this County, described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein,
to enable hire to clear title to said real property in order
that a construction loan may be obtained to build a house on
the property .
`3.'he Lien Committee has considered and recommends this
partial release.
NOGG,THEREFORE, Contra Costa County, the owner and
holder of the reimbursement agreement and notice of lien
above-mentioned, in consideration of payment of $300»00 as
partial payment of the existing indebtedness to the County ,
hereby releases the same as to that property described in
said Exhibit "A" , and it Is ordered that the Chairman of the
Board sign a certified copy hereof to constitute and effectuate
the partial release.
