RESOLUTION OF APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL TO
INITIATE PROCEEDINGS FOR ANNEXATION OF
SUBDIVISION 4111 (SHORE ACRES AREA) TO
COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. L-4;
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
This Board hereby determines that pursuant to Division 1
(commencing with Section 56€303) of the Government Code, it
proposes to initiate proceedings for; the; annexation of
Subdivision 41:11 to County Service Area No. L-43 .' The exterior
boundaries of the territory proposed' to be annexed are as
described in Exhibit "A" , attached hereto and by ,reference
incorporated herein. The territory is uninhabited.
The reason for this application is to provide this territory
with street lighting services .
IT IS HEREBY REQUESTED that the Local Agency Formation
Commission of Contra Costa County take all steps necessary to
approve this Board 's proposal to initiate the annexation of
Subdivision 4 .11 to County Service Area No . L-43 .
The Clem of this Board is HEREBY DIRECTED to file a
certified copy of this Resolution of Application with the
Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on May 4 , 1971 , by this Board.
