adapted Ordinance Number 1685 providing for the appoint"U� "f
three standby officers for each of the five members of the 6*rd,
such standby officers to serve as successors to the Board in the
cases of disaster- and
'REAS this Board in said ordinance also made provisions
for the designation of alternate temporary county seats in the case
of disaster,

BE IT BY THE BOAR? ALSO 'RESO'LVED that alternate county seats
are to be utilized for the briefest period possible and prompt
action is to be taken to re-establish the county seat in the normal
location as rapidly as practicable;; and

BE IT SY THE BOARD FURTHER RESOLVED that prior designations
of successors to members of, the. Hoard of Supervisors and of alter-
rete temporary 'county seats are hereby rescinded,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 1971 by the
