BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF CONTRA COSTA 2 STATE OF CALIFORNIA 3 In the Matter of Resolution 4 ;' for Condemnation of Real Property CONDEMNATION for the Improvement and Realignment RESOLUTION NO. ' 1 24 5 of Kirker Pass Road, Road No. 5261, Pittsburg Area, California 7 '•: The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, California,by 8 vote of two-thirds or more of all its members, RESOLVES THAT: 9 ; It finds and determines and hereby declares that the 14 ? public interest and necessity require : 11 ; The acquisition, construction and completion by the 12 ; County of Contra Costa, of a public improvement; and in con- 13 nection therewith and necessary therefor, the acquisition of 14 ; fee simple title to real property, and other interest( e) in 15 real property as described in Appendix(s) attached hereto; 16 it Said proposed public improvement is planned and located i 17 in the manner which will be most compatible with the greatest 1.8 public good, and the least private injury; 19 This Board shall acquire in the name of the County of 20 i': Contra Costa, the said real property and interest( s) therein 21 by donation, purchase, or by condemnation in accordance with r 22 lithe provisions for eminent domain in the Code of Civil 23 Procedure; 24 The lffit �X of this County is hereby 25 ': authorized and empowered : .i 26 ?
