On September 1 , 1970, the Sanitary Board of the San Pablo Sanitary District by its Resolution No . 9-1-70, ordered said territory annexed to its District with certain terms and c'ondi'tions' including ,but not limited to the succession of all assets upon completion of the annexation. This Board was advised that said annexation has been completed as 'evidenced by the Certificate of Filing; issued by the Secretary of the State of California on September 15, 1970 This Board hereby approves the transfer of said assets and specifically the existing sewerage facilities, and >real property described in the Deed and. Bill of Sale , attached hereto, and by reference made a part hereof., It is by this Board further ordered that the Chairman of this ex- officio Board of Directors executesaid Deed and Bill of Sale for and on behalf of said County _Sanitation District No . 3 to San Pablo Sanitary District , pursuant to the annexation proceedings hereinabove , and cause the same to be delivered to said Sanitary District for acceptance and recording. That said COUNTY, for a goad and: valuable consideration to it in hand paid by said DISTRICT the receipt and sufficiency whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted, sold, conveyed, trans- ferred, and assigned and by these presents does grant, sell, con- vey, transfer, and assign unto said DISTRICT and to its successors and assigns forever: 1. The COUNTY'S sewerage facilities consisting of the sewerage treatment plant, sewer mains, outfall, and pipe lines, manholes, fittings, and appurtenances, located in or on the real property described herein, and in the streets and subdivisions within the COUNTY'S Sanitation District No. 3 boundary, as said boundary is more particularly described as the Territory Annexation to the San Pablo Sanitary District in the resolution of the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of Centra Costa, adopted August 5, 1970 and .recorded October 1, 1970 in Book 61225 sof Official Records at Page 322( Recorders Series No, 64 15) 2. The real property consisting of the following; A. Sewerage Treatment Plant described as Parcel 1 in Exhibit ".A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, B. The easements and rights of ways for said facilities described in said E ibit "A% C. Any and all right, title,' and interest of said .. .. 70 / 619 COUNT', (Sanitation District No. 3) in and to utility reservations, easements, and rights of wags, whether of record or not, in the streets, subdivisions, or ether property within ,said Territory Annexation to San Pablo Sanitary District.
