in Exhibit "B" , attached hereto.

" (a) The annexation is to be effective October 1, 1970.
" (b) Upon completion of the annexation, the Contra Costa County
Fire Protection District shall succeed: to all of the assets
and liabilities of County Service Area F-5.
"(c) Upon completion of the annexation, any monies due to but not
yet received by County Service Area F-5 shall be collected by
and credited to the Contra Costa County Fire Protection
District .
"(d) Upon completion of the annexation County Service Area F-5
shall not impose any further taxes upon the area. "
