IN PROP'O'SED COUNTY SERVICE AREA P-3 The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT; On May 6, 1970, the Local Agency Formation Commission'' gave approval to the ``formation of County Service Area P'-»3 (Orinda Area) . The Board's Resolution No. 70/298 , passed 'and adopted on May 19, 1970, gave notice of intention to establish County Service Area Na'. P-3. On July 28,, 1970 , this Board made application to said Commission to consider passible boundary change for County, Service Area No. P-3. On August ' 5, 1970, the Local. Agency Formation Commission disapproved the application of the Board and,_iview of its approval of the formation of County Service Area (Orinda' Area) , the Local, Agency Formation Commission recommended that the Hoard of Supervisors disapprove formation of County Service Area P-3. At 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 1970, .in the Chambers of the Board of Supervisors, County Administration Building, Martinez, California,, this Board will consider the recommendation of the Local Agency Formation Commission that this Board disapprove the formation of County Service Area No. P-8 in conjunction with the hearing on the formation of proposed County Service Area P-4.
