Earl$ assessed value X160. This assessment was err- oneously levied since the situs has been determined to be San Joaquin County, where it has been assessed for 1970-71. Code 53002 - Assessment No. 170 boat CF 8224 AG is assessed to William A. Batts, assessed value $390. This assessment was err- oneously levied since the boat was sold prior to the lien date and the situs has been determined to be Mendocino County, where it is being assessed for 1970-71- R. 0.
