D-5, EL SOBRANTE AREA The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: On Tuesday, July 21., 1970,> pursuant to Resolution No. 70/345, this Board held a `hear .ng on the proposed formation of County Service Area No. b-5 as ' described in Exhibit '"A" attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein. Notice of said hearing was duly given in the manner required by law. This Board at said hearing heard the testimony of all interested persons or taxpayers for or against the establishment of County Service Area No. D-5- Written protests against the establishment of the area, or against the extent of the area>, or against the Euro shing of specified types of extended services within the area , or against any other matters considered or resolved by this Board at this hearing on the establishment of the area,, were not filed by fifty ger cant (50%) or more of the registered voters' residing within the territory proposed to be included in the area, or by� the owners of one-half or more of the value' of the land and improve- menta in the territory proposed to be included in the area, as, shown by the last equalized assessment roll. The services described in Resolution No. 70/345, adopted on June Ilb, 1970, are extended county services. A county service area to be known as "County Service Area No. D- is hereby established pursuant to the provisions of the County Service Area Law, Chapter 2-2 of Part 2 of Division"-2 of Title 3 (commencing with geeti.on ?5210.1) of the Government 'Code of the State of California,* in the unincorporated area of Contra Costa County. The boundaries of County Service Area No D- are hereby determined'"and !established to be as deaoribed in ;exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein. The types of extended county services to be performed; within County Service Area, No. D-5 are the correction of drainage problems and 'the providing; of drainage ''services .
