WHEREAS
744«WHEREAS the Public Works Director having notified this
Board that
improvements have been completed in Subdivision 3335, Rh.eeem
area, as provided in the agreement heretofore executed by this
Board in conjunction with the filing of the subdivision map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED khat the improvements in the
following subdivision have been completed for the purpose of
establishing a terminal period for filing of liens in case of
action under said Subdivision Agreement :

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $500 cash deposit as surety
(Auditor' s Receipt No., 74663 dated Jure 16, 1969 } be
RETAINED for one year pursuant to the requirements of
Section 8429(b) of the Ordinance Code as amended .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described roads ,
having been heretoforededicated to public use by the filing of�
map in the office of the County Recorder, be and the same are
accepted and declared to be County roads of Contra Costa.
