In the Matter of Changes
of the Assessment Roll RESOLUTION NO. 70/421

WHEREAS, the County Assessor having filed: with this Board requests
for correction of erroneous assessments, said requests having been consented,
to by the District Attorney;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is
authorized to correct the following assessments-

It has been ascertained from the assessment roll and from
papers in the 'Assessorts office what was intended and what should have
been assessed; and, therefore, pursuant to the Revenue and Taxation
Cade, Section 45.31., the following' defects in description and/gar form
and clerical error of the assessor on the roll should be corrected;
and:, further, in accordance with Section 531, that portion which
escaped assessment due to such error should be entered as an escaped
assessment
In Cade Area 2005, Pcl. No. 126-010-032,, Bonanza Development
Co, is erroneously entered on the roll: with Land $33,700 and property
described as 3.094 acres, due to clerical error in overlooking «04 acres
transferred to Contra Costa County Flood Control per document recorded
in Book 551+6 of Official Records, pare 309, on December 16, 1967, This
parcel should be deleted from the roll and entered as fellows,
In Code Area 20051, Fcl„ No 126-010-€1:33 should be entered on
the roll and Bonanza Development Co., should be assessed with property
described as Ro Monte del Diablo 3*06 acres with Land value' of $33,320.

be deleted from the roll and split as follows:
