WHEREAS, the County Assessor having filed with this Board requests
,tor correction of erroneous 'assessments, said requests having been consented
to by the District Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is
authorized to correct the following assessments:
For the Fiscal Year 196170 19471
It has been ascertained from the assessment roll and .from
papers in the .Assessors office what was, intended and what should
have been assessed; and, therefore, pursuant to the Revenue and
Taxation Cade, Section 4831, the .following defects in the description
and/or form and clerical errors of the assessor on the roll should be
corrected as follows-
In Code Area 1000, Pcl. No. 0767•-311-010, Henry J. Ivey, is
erroneously entered as assessee, die to clerical error in not
transferring title from instrument recorded in Book 6024 of official
Records, page 670 on December 12, 1969. The assessee should be
corrected to read: Michael C. & Candide L. Weaver.
In Cade ,Area 2004, Pcl, No. 127. 032-039, Frederick L. R &
Melba L. Confer are erroneously assessed with Personal Property $5,530,
as additional information bearing on the value of the property became
available prior to the completion of the roll, but too late to be
included in the machine preparation of the roll. This assessment
should be corrected to read; Land $29,000 ( no change) , improvements
$11,000 (no change), and Personal Property $6,130, a Total assessed

George A. Azevedo are erroneously assessed with Improvements of $9803,
as information regarding; razing of the structure and bearing on the
value of the property became available prior to the completionof the
ro1'l, but tan late to be included in the machine preparation of the
roll, This assessment should be 'corrected to read; Land only $290*

ments $3,510 a total assessed value of $8,950, based on incorrect
information pertaining to the earning', ability of the property, Correct'
information bearing on the value was received by the assessor prior to
the closing of the roll,, ' but too late' to be included in the machine
preparation of the roll. This assessment sho l,d be corrected to read
Land $4,400, Improvements $3,350, a Total assessed value of $7,750,

erroneously entered as assessee, due to clerical error in transferring
title from instrument recorded in Book 59.66 of official Records, pace
540, on September 22' 1969. The assessee should be corrected to read;
Nicholas M, Harper and Carola K. Ashford.
In Code Area 850640 Pcl.. No 572-1233-013:., Dudley A. Jr. &'
Virginia L. Cameron are erroneously assessed with Land $2,780, 'improve-
ments $3,700, a 'total as value of $6,4810, as additional information
bearing on the value of the property became available prior to the
completion of the roll# but too late to be included in the machine
preparation of the roll.,,; This assess I ment should be corrected to read.-
Land $20320, Improvements $2,520, a Total assessed value of $4,640,
