7 The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, Californi.a,by
8 vote of two-thirds or more of all its member4, RESOLVES THAT.
g ; It finds and determines and hereby declares that the
14 ' public interest and necessity require :
The acquisition, construction and completion by the
12 County of Contra Costa, of a public improvement; and in con-
13 vection therewith and necessary therefor, the acquisition of
14 fee simple title to real property, and other interest( s) in
15 i? real property as described in Appendix(B) attached hereto;
16 s Said proposed public improvement is planned and located
17 „ in the manner whish will be most compatible with the greatest
18 public good, and 'the least private injury;
19 This Board shall acquire in the name of the County of
20 r Contra Costa, the said real property and interest( s) therein
21 by donation, purchase, or by condemnation in accordance with
22 ?i the provisions for eminent domain in the Code of Civil
23 Procedure;
24 s' The District Attorney of this County is hereby
25 ?;
1 To prepare and prosecute in the County' s name such
2 proceedings in the proper court as are necessary for such
acquisition, and
4 To apply to said court for an order fixing the amount
and nature of such, security as it may direct, and to deposit
6 such security as so directed, and for an order permitting the
7 County to take immediate possession and use of said real
8 property or interest(s) therein for said public uses and
purposes;
14 The said real property and interest(s) in real
11 property are more particularly described in Appendix A
12 attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof to
1.3 the same extent as if herein fully set forth in words and
14
figures.

Portion of Lot 1, Map of Litina, Homestead, filed March 30,
1914, in Book 225 of Deeds, page 20, Contra Costa County Records
described as follows :
Beginning on the southern line of the County road known as
Livorna. Road at the northwest corner of the parcel of land de-
scribed in the deed from Lloyd E. Van Meter, et ux, to Jack Waid,
et ux, recorded July 29, 1966. in Book 5172 of- Official Records,
at page 497; thence, North 666 53t 37" East (the bearing North
66* 53' 37 ' East being taken for the purpose of this description) ,

point of beginning; thence a continuing along said southerly
right of way line North 66 53' 37" East, 123.06 feet to the

Official Recor sat page 393; thence North 6 53 ' 37" East, (the

Commencing on the northerly line-of the County road known
as Livorna Road, at the most southwesterly corner of the parcel
of land described as Parcel One in the deed from Carmelo P*
Riccardi et ux, to Robert Pochini, et ux, recorded May 27, 1964,
in Book 46.26 of Official Records at Page 323; thence North 660
53' 37" East (the bearing North 66D 53' 37 East being taken
for the purpose of this description) 90.68 feet and North 54*
05 39 East 76.79 feet to the true point of �beginning, said
point being on a curve concave to the northwest parallel with
and 42.00 feet northerly from the center line of Livorna Road
from said point the radial bears North 23'0 20' 05" West
1458.00 feet; thence from said true point of beginning along
said curve in an easterly direction, through a central angle of 20
08' 03" an arc distance of 4.31 feet - thence tangent to said -
