The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
On June 9, 1970, this Board passed and adopted Resolution
No . 70/332 , determining that the property described in the Notice
to Bidders attached thereto was no longer needed for County
purposes and authorized the County Right of Way Agent to receive
proposals for its demolition and removal from County-owned real
property.
The Notice to Bidders was posted as required by law, in
accordance with said Resolution No . 70/332, and the following
bids were received and opened pursuant to the said Notice to
Bidders :

1 . William J . Evans $1340
2. Kenny Henley Demolition $1395
and Excavating, Inc.
3. Bay Cities Demolition, Inc. $1850
4 . KTK wrecking Company $1950
The lowest responsible bid received is accepted, and the
contract is hereby awarded to William J. Evans, in the amount of
$1340. oc.
The County Right of Way Agent is hereby authorized to
return the bid guarantees to the unsuccessful bidders .
Further, the Chairman of the Board is authorized to execute
an appropriate demolition contract with the successful bidder.
PASSED ANIS ADOPTED on June 30 , 1970, by this Board.
