The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT.
This Board on May 12, 197>0 passed Resolution of Intention
No. 70/281 and notice'' fixing June 23, 1970 at 10 am. , in its
Chambers,, County Administration Building, Martinez,, California',
as the time and place when it would meet to consummate purchase
of the real property described therein from Nora A. Dromey, said
property being required for County Civic Center; and said
resolution was duly published in the "Morning News Gazette" .
This Board hereby approves said purchase.,
The County Auditor is hereby directed to draw a warrant in
favor of ,Escrow No. M303117, Western Title Guaranty; Company,
Martinez, California, in the sum of Twenty Thousand Five Hundred.
Dollars ($20 ,500.00) for said property for payment to Nora A.
Dromey upon her conveying to the County a grantdeed therefor,
Said deed is hereby accepted and the Clerk of this ;Board
is ordered to have it recorded in the office of the County
Recorder together with a certified copy of ' this resolution.
