E. Jones, Contractor). The Board of Supervisors, on February 7, 1984, having authorized -the Public Works Director to execute Contract Change Order No. 4 to complete one-half of Sally Ride Drive (originally known as Terminal Road); and. The Public Works Director having recommended that the contingency fund for the project be increased by $50,500 to pay for the work authorized by Contract Change Order No. 4 from funds advanced by Buchanan Corporate Properties.
