Authority . This Resolution Is adopted by this Board as the Board of Directors of the fallowing named Fire Districts: Contra Costa County , El Sobrante, Moraga, Orinda and San Pablo Fire Districts of Contra Costa County, pursuant to the authority in Health and Safety Cade Sections 13831(a) , 13843, 13852, 13858,, 13859, 13860, and 13861. Section 2. Resolution #70/349 Included Here. By Resolution No. 7th/39today, we effected' certain changes in salaries and other benefits and working conditions for County employees generally; and now by this reference we incorporate herein the contents of Sections 2--7, 11 and 12a, b and d of Resolution #70/3,49 as though set forth here in haec verba, including the operative date thereof; and these present provisions supersede any conflicting provisions of ordinance(s) and/or resolution(s). Section 3• Fire Service .Hours Reduced,. The duty week for the fire service is hereEy reduced to fifty-eight (58) hours effective January 1, 1971, and further reduced to fifty-six (56) hours ef'f'ective July 1, 1971. Section 4 . Longevity Vacation Accruals . In recognition of long service, employees who have completed 15 or more years' of service accrue vacation credits as follows: (a) Non -shift employees according to the formula for county employees (see Res. #70/349) ;; (b) Shift employees; according to the following formulas (to be 'cumulated as heretofore allowed) : Length of Service Formula 15 years Duty Week (Average Number of Hours)x 13_1/3 hours 40 hours 20 years t` x 16-2/3 hours 25 years, it x 20.00 hours 30 years it x 23-1./3 hours PASSED AND ADOPTED on ,lune 16, 1970 by this vote AYES: Supervisors Kenny,, Coll and Linscheid NOES : Supervisors Dias and Moriarty ABSENT: None GNM:bw RESOLUTION NO. 70/35
