C. 23004) County Consolidated Fire } District } } The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: This Board on August 20 , 1968 approved an Agreement for fire services which agreement , amongst ether conditions , required the City of Martinez to transfer the title of the City's lain Fire Station and the City Fire Substation to its successor, namely; Contra Costa County , in accordance with the L.A.F.C. condition of annexation of the City of Martinez to the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District , as provided therein. A Quitclaim Deed. executed and dated on May 27 , 1970 by the City of Martinez to the County of Contra Costa is hereby accepted, and The Clerk of this Board is hereby directed to record said deed for the County of Contra Costa. PASSED AND ADOPTEDon .Tune 16, 1970 by this Board.
