11 RESOLVES THAT
12 It finds and determines and .hereby declares that the public
13 1 interest and necessity require
14 $; The acquisition, construction and completion by the Contra
15 Costa County Fire Protection District of a public' improvement ; andl
16 , in connection therewith and necessary therefor, the acquisition of
17 fee simple title to real property, and other= interest(s) in real. �
18 'property as described in Appendii'x(s )' attached hereto;
19 Said proposed public improvement is planned and located in
20 lithe manner which will be most compatible; with the greatest public
21 Jgood, and the least private> injury;
22 This Board shall acquire it the name of the >Contra Costa

24 therein by donation, purchase, or by condemnation in

Portion of Lot 2 in Block 2, as designated on the map en-
titled, "Map of E. A. Smith's Subdivision No, 1", which map
was filed in the office of the; Recorder of the County of Contra
Costa, State of California, on January 3, 1911, in Bock 3 of
Maps, ;at Page 75, described as follows

South 56° 30' West, 142 feet from the most northerly corner of
said Lot 2; thence from saidppoint of beginning South 560 30 '
