IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA In the Natter of } RESOLUTION NO. 70/315 Subordinating, Lien } Against Roy Brown ) SUBORDINATION OF LIEN and Leis Brown } AND RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SAME The Board of Supervisors of Centra Costa County RESOLVES THAT On November 19, 1956, ROY BROWN executed a reimbursement agreement and notice of lien in favor of Contra`` Costa County which was recorded on 'March 21, 1957 , in the office of the County Recorder in Volume '2951 of Official Records at page 109; and,; ROY BROWN and LOIS BROWN now desire to; have said lien made_ subordinate and subject to'' a note and second deed of trust executed by them on April 28, '1970 in favor of Mary M. Spencer in the amount of Two Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($2,100 .00) ; and ROY BROWN and LOIS BROWN desire subordination of said lien to enable them to obtain a loan for the purpose of refinancing their 2nd deed of trust; and The Lien Committee has considered subordination and recommends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, the County of Contra Costa, the owner and holder of said reimbursement agreement and notice of Lien above- mentioned., bove-ment oned, does hereby subordinate the same to the deed of trust' above-mentioned as it relates to the property described therein upon the condition that ,joint tenancy interests , if any, existing or created in,. the subject >real; property be severed as to the interests of the County of Contra Costa, and it is ordered that the Chairman of the Board sign a certified 'copy hereof to constitute and effectuate the subordination. PASSED AND ADOPTED on May 26 1970 , by the following vote AYES: Supervisors - J. P. Kenny, A. >M. Dias, s,, J. E. Moriarty, E. y y� NOES: Supervisors None. ABSENT: Supervisors - None.
