CONDEMNATION { for a Public County Road, RESOLUTION NO. 701271 5 Center Avenue, Pacheco. Area, 6 7 _ The Board of Supervisors of Centra Costa County, California,by 8 vete of two-thirds or more of all its members, RESOLVES THAT: 9 It finds and determines and hereby declares that the 10 public interest and necessity require ** 11 The acquisition, construction and completion by the 12 County of Contra Costa, of a public improvement; and in con- 13 nection therewith and necessary therefor, the acquisition of 14 'i fee simple title to real, property, and other interest( s) in 15 reel property as described iln Appendix(e) attached hereto; 16 Said proposed public improvement is planned and located 17 in the manner which will be most compatible with the greatest 44 18 ; public good, and the least private injury; 19 ?
