WHEREAS a asap entitled Tract 3793 , property located
in the San Puma area .r,..... . having e+ n presented to this Board
for approval* said map having been certified by the proper officials,
and being accompanied by:
Letter from the Redemption Officer stating that there
are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property
includedin the map, and that the 1969-70 tax lien has been
paid in full , and that the 1970-71 tax lien, which became a
lien on the First of March, 1970, is estimated to be $13,000;
and
Letter from the Publics 'Works Director stating that said
map is aecompanied by deposits and bonds to guarantee the
completion of road and street improvements as required by
Division 4. Title 80 of the County Ordinance Code,
Surety bonds issued by General Insurance Company of
America with Albert A. Seen.o Construction Company, a limited
partnership, as principal. , as follows:
No. 619612 in: the amount of $42,500 for Faithful Perform-
ance, and $43,000 for Labor and Materials;
Cash Deposit (Auditor's Permit No. 810/38 dated May 4s 1970)
in the amount of $500, which amounts are :required to
guarantee completion of road and street improvements as
required by the County Ordinance Code as amended; and
Tax Bond No. 6196 .3 in the amount of $13,000 guaranteeing
payment of estimated 1970.71 tax,
Inspection Fee in the amount of $2,150 ;

subdivider and the County of Contra Costa, wherein said sub-
divider agrees to complete road and street improvements, eto.,
in said subdivision within one year. from the date of said

NOW 9 THEREFORE 9 BE IT RESIOLVED that said, bonds and
deposits and the amounts thereof be and the sameer er by
APPROVED. ..
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said subdivision agreement be
and, the same is hereby APPROVED and the Chairman of this
Board is authorized_ to execute said agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said map be and the same is
hereby APP.IOV3D and. this Board. does not accept or reject on behalf
of the public any of the streets, roads, avenues or easements
shown thereon as dedicated to public use.
