SUBJECT: Accept Completion of Improvements for Subdivision 7762 being developed by
Trident Associates, LLC, Alamo area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision
7762 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Trident Associates,LLC,
heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map.

SUBJECT: Accept Completion of Improvements for Subdivision 7762 being developed by
Trident Associates, LLC, Alamo area.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
as of August 7,2001 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case
of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the payment (labor and materials) surety for $44,400.00,
Bond No. P2794492 issued by the above surety be RETAINED for the six month lien guarantee
period until February 7,2002,at which time the Clerk of the Board is AUTHORIZED to release the
surety less the amount of any claims on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of Miranda Avenue is ACCEPTED and
DECLARED to be a County Road;the right of way was conveyed by separate instrument,recorded
on March 1, 1999, in Book 408 of Maps on page 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the warranty period is hereby
established,and the$1,000.00 cash deposit(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 319862,dated September
15, 1998)made by Trident Associates,LLC and the performance/maintenance surety for$87,800.00,
Bond No. P2794492 issued by Reliance Surety Company be RETAINED pursuant to the
' requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code until release by this Board.
