THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA

SUBJECT: Public Hearing on the Revenue Bond Financing for
Various Multi-Family Apartment Projects
In accordance with Section 103(x) (2) of the Internal
Revenue Code, the Board this day held a noticed public hearing
on the proposed issuance of industrial revenue bonds in an amount
not to exceed $27, 600, 000. 00, for the purpose of assisting in
the financing of multi-family residential housing facilities as
listed on Exhibit A attached hereto.
No one appeared to express their views on - the issu,
ance ,of such bonds or on the nature and location of the facility
proposed to be financed.
IT WAS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the hearing be closed
and the Board was informed that no action is required of the
Board at this time.
