HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 09261995 - 95-448 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this order on September 26, 1995 by the following vote: AYES: SUPERVISORS ROGERS, SMITH, DeSAULNIER, TORLAKSON, and BISHOP NOES: NONE ABSENT: NONE ABSTAIN: NONE Adjustment Compensation for ) Clerical Position at Bethel Island ) Resolution 95/ 44R Effective January 1, 1988, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 88/75 which established continuing policy for review and adjustment of pay rates for volunteer employees in the various County Volunteer Fire Districts; and The County Administrator has recommended adoption of requests from the Bethel Island Volunteer Fire District that the Fire District Secretary be compensated at a rate equivalent to that in effect for the County merit system class of Clerk-Specialist level. The Board of Supervisors having thoroughly considered this request; NOW THEREFORE, The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in its capacity as governing Board of County of Contra Costa and all districts of where it is the ex-officio Board; RESOLVES THAT: Effective September 1,1995, the District's Secretary position will be assigned to salary level XC- 1686 ($2334-$2982). This employee shall continue to be eligible for benefits, including participation in the County's group health/dental plans, of the same type and at the same levels as that available to employees in the merit class of Clerk-Specialist Level.
