Repeal Resolution RESOLUTION NO. 951444
No. 92/807
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
WHEREAS, the County's Mobile Household Hazardous Waste Collection program
will be funded by means other than fees imposed at landfills and transfer stations during
the 1995-1996 fiscal year;
THEREFORE, the Board resolves that Resolution No. 92/807, imposing the
household hazardous waste fee, is repealed effective July 1, 1995.
PASSED by the following vote of the Board of Supervisors on this 12th day of September, 1995.
AYES: Supervisors Smith, Desaulnier, Torlakson and Bishop.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Supervisor Rogers.
ABSTAIN: None.
