ACTING AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CONTRA COSTA COUNTY
SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 19

ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 95/41.
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Sewer Collection and Water
Distribution System Improvements Are Complete, Subdivision 7679, Byron Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision
7679 have been completed as recommended by the General Manager of Delta Diablo Sanitation,
acting as the General Manager of Sanitation District No. 19, Discovery Bay.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
as of May 24, 1995, thereby establishing the one-year terminal period for the filing of liens in
case of action under said Subdivision Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon acceptance of a one-year maintenance bond, the
improvements bond(s) or cash deposits may be released or refunded less the amount of any claims
on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no one-year warranty period required, and
the General Manager of Sanitation District No. 19 is AUTHORIZED to release all related bonds
for performance, if appropriate, to Centex Homes and their contractors pursuant to the
requirements of the Ordinance Code.
